Prior to founding Top Performance Recruiting in 2013, Leo spent 35 years in corporate organizations, serving in senior management and executive leadership roles including CSO, EVP, SVP, and General Manager. He developed deep expertise across sales, sales leadership, client services, channel and partner development, and product management. Throughout his career, Leo built and led high-performing national teams spanning sales, marketing, and business operations within healthcare services, technology, and BPO organizations, with a strong focus on Revenue Cycle Management and Health Information Management.

Drawing on this extensive healthcare industry and leadership experience, Leo brings a practical understanding of the challenges hiring managers face—and the importance of getting each hire right the first time. Having worked on both sides of the hiring process, he is uniquely positioned to align client needs with candidate strengths to ensure lasting success. His expertise spans Revenue Cycle Management, Health Information Management and Technology, Population Health, Patient Engagement, Claims Administration and Adjudication, Analytics, Pharmacy and Prescription Benefit Management, and business process outsourcing. Having worked extensively with providers, payers, and pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations, Ed brings deep industry insight and access to a broad, high-caliber talent network.
